Covid-19 Protocol

Keeping you and our staff healthy and safe during your next visit.

During your appointment

  • Please wear mask at all times during drop off.

  • Please leave 6ft of space between you and others. No hugs, handshakes, or touching of any kind unnecessary to the service you are receiving.

  • Please use the hand sanitizer stations upon entering the salon and additional sanitizer will be available for use within the salon.

***Outdoor Drop Off is still in effect at the Original Blue Pooch Location!

Forms & Payment

  • No contact payment options are available to you through Venmo, or prepaying online (only at new location).

  • You may tip in cash.

Entry Safety Requirements

  • We have no waiting area. Please allow a minimum of 3 hours to finish your pets groom. You will receive a text confirmation when your pet is finished. Do not arrive prior to confirmation message!

  • No mask no service. Masks are required for your entire visit. We recommend bringing extra masks with you. We are not responsible for damage to masks.

Cancellation Policy

  • We have temporarily suspended our cancellation policy. If you are sick, anyone in your household is sick or you have been exposed to someone with COVID 19 please reschedule your appointment.
